TEACHERS’ CONGRESS 2024: APPLIED IA IN HIGHER EDUCATION
On Tuesday, July 2, 2024, the Teachers’ Congress 2024 was held in hybrid mode.
The welcoming remarks were given by Mtro. Jonathan De la O, Director of the Teaching and Learning Center, the opening prayer was led by Pastor Oscar Pleites, Employee Chaplain – University Chaplaincy Directorate. The opening remarks of the Teachers’ Congress 2024 were given by Ing. Marielos Mercado, Vice Rector for Educational Innovation and Technology. The keynote lecture (Webinar): Artificial Intelligence Tools for Research was given by Dr. Juan Daniel Machin Mastromatteo, Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, Mexico. Two workshops were conducted by Mtro. Walberto Flores, Director of Educational Technology, Highland School of El Salvador. The first workshop: Prompts Design and the second workshop: Artificial Intelligence Tools in Learning Experience Design.
Anthony Hernandez, Pedagogical Advisor of the Teaching and Learning Center, participated as master of ceremonies for the event.
