DISCUSSION: SOFT SKILLS, THE INVISIBLE IMPACT ON ORGANIZATIONS AS A KEY TO SUCCESS IN THE WORKPLACE

On Saturday, May 4, the Graduate Liaison Office held a discussion entitled “Soft Skills: The invisible impact on organizations as a key to employment success”, as part of its strategies to strengthen and liaise with public and private sector organizations, in order to enhance the employability of graduates. The presentations were given by MBA Elmer Amaya and Mtro. Santiago Rogel.

During the discussion, graduates of the School of Social Sciences, students of Business Sciences, companies and personnel involved in the recruitment of human talent participated. Participants had the opportunity to update their knowledge of soft skills and understand the invisible impact they have on organizations.
