On April 29 and 30, the 2nd UEES-2024 Book Festival was held at the Aula Magna of the Evangelical University of El Salvador. During this outstanding event, the most cited authors in scientific journals according to Google Scholar were recognized, as well as the author of the best-selling printed book of Editorial UEES. We are pleased to congratulate the following authors for their outstanding achievements: Dra. Ruth Salinas, research professor at UEES and ISSS, who was recognized as the most cited author in the journal Crea Ciencia in the area of health; Mtro. Vladimir Carbajal, research professor at Universidad Francisco Gavidia, as the most cited author in the journal Ciencia, Cultura y Sociedad; and Dr. Ernesto Hurtado, author of the book “Atlas fotográfico Prácticas de laboratorio de Anatomía Humana”, as the best-selling printed book. These awards are a testimony to the tireless work and dedication demonstrated in research and dissemination of knowledge. Scientific journals receive a wide range of articles, both internal and external, and it is an honor to give these awards. This activity was attended by: Dra. Nuvia Estrada de Velasco, Vice Rector of Research and Social Projection and Mtra. Norma Hernández de Guillén, Director of Publications. Their leadership and commitment are fundamental to the advancement and excellence of our academic and publishing community. We extend our most sincere congratulations to all the award winners for this well-deserved achievement!
