On January 26, the event “Experiences of Higher Education Institutions (HEI) within the framework of WIPO-CNR (RPI/EPI) cooperation” was held. During this occasion, the award ceremony for the technological industries of the year 2022 was held, in the context of the visit of Mr. Sherif Saadallah, Executive Director of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Academy. Present at the meeting were: Dr. Ricardo Cardona, Vice Minister of Education, Dr. Cristian Aparicio, Director of Higher Education, Dr. Camilo Trigueros, Executive Director of the National Registration Center (CNR), Dra. Nuvia Estada, Vice Rector of Research and Social Projection, and Lic. Carlos Rodríguez, Coordinator of the Technology and Innovation Support Center (CATI). Also present were rectors and vice-rectors from various universities in El Salvador.
