II INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF AUPRIDES – AWARDING OF RECOGNITION DIPLOMAS AND CLOSING CEREMONY
AUPRIDES thanked the speakers for their participation and presented a Diploma, which was given by Eng. and Mtro. Juan Manuel Muñoz, Ad-Honorem Executive Director of the Association.
Closing remarks and conclusions were given by Eng. and Mtro. Mauricio Bernal, Rector of the Universidad Politécnica de El Salvador and Treasurer of AUPRIDES. Who stood out:
1.The importance of HEIs to strengthen their teacher training plans in terms of digital competencies.
2.The challenge of working collaboratively on policy proposals regarding Ethics and Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education.
3. The urgency of reengineering university structures and broadening the knowledge and competencies of university managers in the face of the new current and future labor realities.
And the need to create synergies between academia, business and the State, to address these issues in continuous spaces of permanent debate and argumentation, in favor of the quality and relevance of higher education.
