FIRST TRAINING WITH VOLUNTEER LEADERS
On Friday, March 8, the first training session was held with student volunteer leaders from different faculties of our University.
In this first meeting they were encouraged to be part of the leadership and support team of the University Chaplaincy Directorate.
They discussed important points about how to be effective leaders in a changing society and provided them with resources to achieve their objectives as part of the team.
The meetings of volunteer leaders (Wave Walkers) will be held once a month; in these meetings they will develop topics to enhance their skills and to strengthen the integral development of each one of them, with the objective that they put it into practice. In this way, to support the management of the waves groups.
This effort is part of the General Plan of Integral Formation in Values for students.
