Instructional Training Program in STEAM Areas for Female High School Students

On Friday, March 7, at the Helios Auditorium of the Universidad Salvadoreña Alberto Masferrer (USAM), the National Directorate of Higher Education (DNES-MINEDUCYT) in conjunction with the USAM, and with the participation of a group of partner HEIs, including the Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador, launched the Instructional Training Program in STEAM Areas for Female High School StudentsThe objective of the program is to increase the coverage of higher level studies in these areas.

For this project, the UEES referents are: Douglas Aguilar, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering; and Wendy Martinez, Coordinator of the careers Systems Engineering, Software Development and Data Science. Both participated in this important event, which was also attended by Rectors and Representatives of the partner entities. Dr. Cristina de Amaya, UEES Rector, participated in this activity.
