Abstract

The objective of this study was to diagnose the level of computer equipment in the hospital that allows the emergence of new innovation projects in the area of research, technical, scientific or administrative. The methodology focused on the exploration of different indicators to determine findings on the technological needs that the different hospital institutions currently have, a case study of the National General Hospital Dr. Juan José Fernández, Zacamil. The results obtained were the updating of computer equipment, technological tools that improve the multiple processes in the development of the execution of the service to patients, with the help of the research team and the use of new technologies; In a second phase, innovative solutions will be designed with a positive impact on its internal operation with benefit for quality patient care.
