On Wednesday, April 29, the meeting of the UEES Women’s Ministry “FLORECE” took place, with the participation of 105 collaborators of our University.

Sandra de Umanzor, member of the Executive Board of our University, who developed the theme “In the midst of chaos”, focused on the fruit of the Holy Spirit: peace, based on Galatians 5:22-23: “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law”; and in John 14:27: “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

The biblical reflection focused on recognizing the need we have to surrender our difficult circumstances to the Lord, allowing Him to fill our lives with His peace.

It was a very special time in which some employees also shared what they had learned and highlighted the value of these spaces, which provide practical tools for everyday life.

The purpose of the UEES Women’s Ministry “FLORECE” is to accompany and guide each participant in their spiritual growth, motivating them to take on the challenge of living in the Spirit, according to the teachings of the Word of God.

These activities contribute to the integral development of the employees and to the strengthening of the organizational culture of our University.
