CLOSING OF “WAVES” MEETINGS

During the week of May 20-24, the closing of the “Waves” meetings took place at our University.

The “Waves” are small groups that take place with students from different faculties, where through dynamics the students are motivated to improve their soft skills, as well as to have studies of principles to grow in their lives, based on the Word of God, which strengthen their spiritual life and their relationship with God.

At these meetings, students have the opportunity to create bonds of friendship and fellowship, which help them to form support groups during their university life.

Throughout the cycle, an average of one hundred and twenty students have participated, learning about topics such as stress and anxiety management, resilience, life planning, and goal achievement.

We closed the I-2024 cycle with ten Waves groups meeting weekly in the mornings on the FoodCourt Terrace, and in the afternoons in the UEES Chapel. As chaplaincy we seek to support students in their integral formation and support their preparation for their professional life and to have an impact on society, these activities are part of the General Plan of Integral Formation in Values. (PGFIV).
