UEES PARTICIPATES IN A WORKSHOP ON EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHER TRAINING – Teaching

The Evangelical University of El Salvador (UEES), through the Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education offered by the “Professor and Doctor Santiago Echegoyen” School of Social Sciences, participated in the workshop on the dissemination of standards for early childhood teacher training, organized by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology (MINEDUCYT).
The event was held as part of the project “Growing and Learning Together: Holistic Early Childhood Development in El Salvador, ” with the aim of presenting the guidelines and criteria that will inform the redesign of curricula for training future professionals specializing in early childhood education.
Strengthening the Quality of Teacher Training
During the event, the key standards that will help improve the quality of initial teacher training were presented, with the aim of promoting educational processes that are more relevant and aligned with the needs of the holistic development of Salvadoran children.
The EUES’s participation in this initiative reaffirms its commitment to academic excellence, the ongoing updating of its curricula, and the training of professionals capable of contributing to the country’s educational development.
Through these initiatives, the University continues to strengthen its contribution to higher education and to the training of teachers committed to the social and educational transformation of El Salvador.
