As part of the Environmental Social Service, on May 31, students from different faculties of the Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador, conducted a cleanup campaign in San Diego beach, which was attended by the coordinator of the Student Social Service Unit. The activity was coordinated in cooperation with the Zoological Foundation of El Salvador (FUNZEL) in which, in addition to the collection of solid and plastic waste, a talk was given on the importance of the “3 R’s” and the “Rejection of plastics”. These activities help to create in the students an environmental commitment and awareness of the care of nature.
