International Teacher Mobility
During the first quarter of 2025, Dr. Maritza Menjívar, professor of the Faculty of Dentistry, thanks to the alliance with the MVZ Konstanz Children’s Dental Clinic, had the experience of international mobility to Germany, thus achieving:
– Knowledge and experience sharing: Fostering mutual learning among strategic partners.
– Internationalization of education: Integrating global approaches in teaching and research.
– Innovation in teaching: With the acquisition of new teaching methodologies and didactic tools.
– Cultural and linguistic enrichment: Teacher mobility not only strengthens teaching and research, but also enriches the cultural and linguistic experience. This dimension is key, as it promotes intercultural understanding, adaptation to diverse environments and the development of communication skills in other languages.
