VISIT OF GERMAN MISSIONARIES OF OPERATION MOBILIZATION (OM)

On Monday, February 10, we received in our campus the visit from Germany of the missionaries Kristina and Lilly Walker, who together with husband and wife Francisco and Rosa de Landos, Salvadoran missionaries, are part of the ministry Operation Mobilization (OM), a recognized international missionary organization.

The purpose of the visit was to share as special guests in the activities developed by the University Chaplaincy, especially in the Bible study spaces for students called “WAVES”.

The missionaries had the opportunity to share their experiences with the students attending the four “wave” meetings that are held on Mondays, and learned about the resources of our University located in the Educational Technology Building.

These spaces strengthen our institution’s ties with other ministries that are seeking to advance the gospel and allow us to enrich our students’ opportunities to learn about other contexts and how to reflect the character of Jesus and our Christian values in international professional environments.
