Eruption of the San Salvador volcano on June 7, 1917

Abstract

We are still in great confusion as a result of the great earthquake, unable to get our hands on what we want when we want it; so you will kindly excuse me for using my pencil on this occasion. Although the newspapers in the United States are very busy with the great demands of the war, etc., I suppose they at least mentioned the eruption and earthquake suffered here. I am writing this brief description, thinking that it would reach the Bulletin and inform many who are interested in knowing some details.
