Patient satisfaction when receiving dental treatment responds to the characteristics of the entity that provides the service, the patients themselves, the family and social environment that are included in the concept of "quality of life". The present study aimed to determine the level of satisfaction of rehabilitated patients with complete dentures that were fabricated using three types of transfer bases in the clinics of the Faculty of Dentistry of the Evangelical University of El Salvador (FOUEES) in 2022. The study was of a descriptivequantitative type, with a sample of 59 patients to whom a survey was applied with Likert scale responses, and descriptive statistics were used with the Microsoft Excel 2016 program. The results showed that the majority of patients were highly satisfied with the treatment in the dimensions of aesthetics (86.44%), painless mastication (84.75%) and phonation (71.19%). It is concluded that the aesthetic dimension is the one that showed the greatest satisfaction, followed by mastication and phonation with a lower percentage. When determining the type of material with the highest satisfaction index, the complete dentures fabricated using vacuum-formed polyvinyl chloride and 3D-printed polylactic acid registration bases had 100% satisfaction in the evaluated
dimensions, both ranking above the dentures in which self-polymerizing resin transfer bases were used. It is recommended that the FOUEES authorities strengthen the participation of students and teachers in these types of research.
