The importance of publishing

Abstract

When a person wants to publicize something, what he does is tell someone, stick a sign on a wall, place an ad in a newspaper and much more. The same situation occurs when a researcher has done a job and asks: What do I do with these results now? Where do I present them or publish them? At this point, the researcher has to make sure of the steps to follow to be able to publish it, such as: what journals exist related to their researched subject, what requirements they demand to publish their results and how is the process to follow to publish it (Cáceres Castellanos, 2014).
According to the previous author, "the dissemination of scientific research, through articles, presentations and conferences among other mechanisms, is essential, because as it is commonly recognized, research that is not published, does not exist" (Cáceres Castellanos, 2014)
