THE HEART AND CHARACTER OF THE LEADER-
On this day, a workshop focused on “The Heart and Character of the Leader”, addressing key aspects of Christian leadership. During the session, the importance of aligning the heart with biblical principles was emphasized and the essential qualities of a Christian leader were explored: being a father, servant and pastor.
The workshop was developed by Ing. Douglas Aguilar, Licda. Claudia Tobar and Dra. Nuvia Estrada, this included practical activities that sought to strengthen the participants’ understanding, encouraging personal reflection and interaction among them.
They were encouraged to apply the knowledge acquired in their leadership roles, contributing positively to the growth and well-being of those around them in various areas.
We appreciate the participation of all attendees and trust that this workshop has been an enriching experience for the development of leaders committed to solid values and ethical principles.
