research, not only of the national reality itself, but of the search for solutions to solve our needs in the economic field, in the production and marketing of our products, in that of new information and communication technologies and not to mention in that of social problems, associated with health, housing and education.It is no secret to anyone the enormous lag that we drag in terms of scientific and technological research, including in the transfer, appropriation and adaptation of the results of what, in first world countries, is constantly being achieved and which, as we all know, constitutes one of the keys to the development of Asian countries, taking into account that we do not have the capacity to carry out true scientific research.
