Abstract

We present the case of a male patient in his third decade of life, with a medical history of a stony tumor on the left rib cage, with a two-year history of progressive growth, and a family history of multiple hereditary exostosis (MHE). Imaging and histopathological studies are presented, making a correlation that established the definitive diagnosis of low-grade chondrosarcoma (grade I) originating in a cauliflower-like osteochondroma.
