WORKSHOP 1: ANALYSIS OF CBUES STRATEGIC PLAN.
On April 5, 2024, the first workshop related to the process of updating the Strategic Plan of the Consortium of University Libraries of El Salvador (CBUES) was held.
The process of updating the CBUES’ Stratified Plan, is directed by Eng. Victor Cornejo, MBA & MA. Director of Institutional Planning at Universidad Don Bosco.
The workshop was attended by members of the Board of Directors of CBUES, and by invitation by other institutions to achieve a more holistic analysis.
Eng. Marielos Mercado, Vice Rector of Educational Innovation and Technology and President of CBUES, gave the welcoming remarks at the first workshop to analyze the CBUES Strategic Plan, as well as to establish the main objectives to be pursued with the update.
