PROJECT FOR REPAIR AND STABILIZATION OF LAND ON A STEEP SLOPE

The Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador (UEES), committed to the safety of its facilities and the optimization of its resources, requires intervention on a plot of land of approximately 280 m² located on the Juan Pablo II campus. The area, identified as having a steep slope, is at risk of overflowing and sliding, and therefore needs to be stabilized by means of structural coating and shotcrete.

Bidders must meet the following requirements:
1. Demonstrable experience in slope stabilization projects.
2. Personal capacitado en la aplicación de concreto lanzado y construcción de estructuras de soporte.
3. Equipamiento necesario para la ejecución del proyecto.
4. Certificación de materiales a utilizar.

TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR TECHNICAL BINDER

"Design of parking, pedestrian and vehicular flow on the northwest side of the UEES".

The Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador (UEES) establishes the present terms of reference for the elaboration of the technical folder, which will be applied for the execution of the project of Design of parking lots, pedestrian and vehicular flow on the northwest side of the UEES, the land consists of 23,000.00 square meters.

The bidder shall visit the job site.

The technical portfolio will include the following scopes and deliverables:

Design of number of parking spaces, vehicular and pedestrian flow, rainwater management, electrical system and cameras, transportation stop area and reforestation including slope management.
Elaboration of construction drawings
Elaboration of calculation memories, electrical, hydraulic and camera system designs.
Elaboration of construction budget, development of calculation memory of volumes of work, breakdown of unit cost, breakdown of indirect cost.
Development of a bid plan
Preparation of technical specifications for all specialties.
Elaboration of work program and cash flow
Preparation of terms of reference for contracting a construction manager and external supervision, including measurements, reports, deliverables, profiles, scopes, technical proposals and form of payment,
Applicable warranties
Scope of supervision

The bid must be submitted (date to be agreed upon) at the purchasing office on the third level of building one, to the attention of Mr. Pedro López, in a sealed envelope signed and stamped by the company both on the bid and on the seal of the manila envelope. The Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador requests an economic and technical proposal for the design services of the UEES laboratories building.

To hire a natural person or legal entity to develop the design of the UEES laboratory building technical folder. Complying with the internal requirements of UEES.

The supplier can also offer the supervision of the technical folder, which will evaluate the design and calculation memory of all the specialties, construction costs, among others, included in the folder.
