STRENGTHENING PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN NUTRITION THROUGH INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC MOBILITY
Last Tuesday, April 8, our students had the valuable opportunity to learn first-hand about “The work of the Institute of Nutrition of Central America and Panama (INCAP) and the practical application of the NutrINCAP software”, thanks to the accompaniment of graduates América Cruz and Valentina Santa Cruz, who offered a tour of the facilities, as well as a presentation of the institutional portal and its virtual library.
During this experience, the students also participated in the workshop given by the Licda. Pilar López (INCAP nutritionist)This will allow them to apply the technological tool in the nutritional analysis of hospital diets, strengthening their research project at the Saldaña National Hospital.
This international mobility represents a key step in strengthening professional competencies, promoting academic training with a global vision. We are proud to highlight that UEES is the first and only university in the region to acquire the NutrINCAP software, reaffirming its commitment to educational innovation in the field of nutrition.
