PRESENTATION OF THE BOOK “ARBITRATION BY TECHNOLOGICAL MEANS”.
On February 21, the presentation of the book “Arbitration by Technological Means”, written by Dr. David García Helleybuck, professor of the Master’s Program in Corporate Law of the Graduate School, was held. During this meeting, an enriching discussion was held with the participation of Julio Osegueda, where they shared experiences and reflections on the subject of arbitration, delving into aspects that are addressed in the book, available for purchase at the UEES bookstore. This activity was attended by: Dra. Nadia Menjivar, Dean of the Graduate School, Mtra. Norma Hernández, Director of Publications, and Dr. Alcides Guandique, coordinator of the Master’s Program in Corporate Law. At the end of the presentation, the signing of copies for the different attendees took place, allowing a moment of closeness and gratitude to those who accompanied this important occasion.
