LECTURE: “BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT APPLIED TO BANKING”.
On Friday, February 14, the lecture “Business Process Management Applied to Banking” was given by Andrea González, Head of Operational Efficiency at Banco Azul. The event was attended by 80 students of Computer Systems Engineering, Software Development and Data Science Engineering, Digital Content Development Engineering and Applied Robotics.
The lecture aimed to explain BPM and its importance in the optimization of processes in the banking sector, improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Providing students with tools and methodologies that they can apply for process management.
