INSTITUTIONAL RETREATS
On Thursday, October 26, the Evangelical University, with the purpose of promoting the integral growth of its personnel, developed through the University Chaplaincy the first Institutional Retreat with the theme “Returning to the Path“, developed in La Estancia, in the Renderos Plans.
The event was attended by 45 employees from different areas of the institution, who recognized the importance of teamwork, considering different aspects such as: empathy, companionship, integrity, gratitude, and communication, among others.
The Institutional Retreats are part of the General Plan of Integral Formation in Values for employees and allow us to provide spiritual care and encourage all personnel to put into practice the values of our University.
