CHINESE EMBASSY TOUR TO EUES
On March 20, 2024, the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in El Salvador, accompanied by the Association of Private Universities of El Salvador (AUPRIDES), toured the campus of the Evangelical University of El Salvador (UEES).
UEES extended an invitation to the visiting delegation to tour the Educational Technology Building (ETE) administered by the Vice Rector’s Office for Educational Innovation and Technology (VRITE) and the Faculty of the Doctor of Medicine (FACMED). To this end, both VRITE and FACMED officials presented to the visitors the facilities, technological resources and laboratories of both infrastructures.
The tour was attended by His Excellency Ambassador Zhang Yanhui, the Chargé d’Affaires Culturel and Educational Affairs, Mr. Ruoran Su; Dr. Mirna García, UEES Academic Vice Rector; Eng. Marielos Mercado, Vice Rector of Innovation and Technology UEES; Dr. Carlos Monchez (Dean of the School of Medicine); Ing. Lisandro Aldana, Executive Director of AUPRIDES; Mtro. Ernesto Rodríguez, Directorate of International Relations and Cooperation – UEES; Licda. Wendy Hernández, AUPRIDES Communications Coordinator; and Licda. Krissia de García, Rectory – UEES.
