HONORARY DOCTORATE AWARD CEREMONY
TO DR. FRANSCISCO JOSÉ ALABÍ MONTOYA, SR. MINISTER OF HEALTH,
FOR THE SALVADORAN UNIVERSITY “ALBERTO MASFERRER”.
Within the framework of the One Hundred Sixteenth Graduation Promotion, the Universidad Salvadoreña “Alberto Masferrer” – USAM, presented the highest award granted by this High House of Studies, Doctor Honoris Causa to Dr. Francisco José Alabí Montoya, Sr. Minister of Health, who is an Outstanding Graduate of the Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador.
The Solemn Ceremony was presided over by the highest authorities of the USAM, led by Dr. Daysi de Gómez, Rector of USAM, who presented Dr. Francisco José Alabí Montoya with the degree of Doctor Honoris Causa in Medical Sciences and Social Commitment .
Accompanying the event as guests were Dra. Cristina de Amaya, Rector of the Evangelical University of El Salvador, authorities from different areas of MINSAL, Hospital Directors, and the USAM university community.
