The objective of the study was to determine the level of satisfaction in patients attended by dentists graduated from the UEES, in private sector clinics, located in Colonia Escalón, San Benito and El Carmen. Quantitative, descriptive and transversal approach. Sample of 321 patients in ten private dental clinics. A non-probabilistic quota sampling was applied. The technique for collecting the information was the survey with the Servqual scale. Of the quality dimensions, tangibility represented the lowest percentage of satisfaction with 90% pointing out as unsatisfactory, equipment with a modern appearance and the little publicity of some clinics. The safety dimension presented the highest rate of satisfaction for the patient with 97% compared to the rest of the dimensions. Safety and empathy turned out to be the most important dimensions for patients. The study clinics registered an overall satisfaction above 85% from the patient's perception, likewise all the dental clinics in the study are widely recommended. It is suggested to all clinics in the study to improve the dimension of tangibility. The UEES, through the Faculty of Dentistry and the Graduate Monitoring Unit, carry out more studies to monitor the quality of the professional services of its graduates.
