Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra, the most universal Spanish writer, author of the adventures, adventures, contraventuras and misadventures of the Knight of the Sad Figure, known worldwide since four hundred years ago as "The Ingenious Hidalgo Don Quixote de La Mancha", was born in Alcalá de Henares, in deep Spain, on September 29, 1547, under the splendor of Spanish imperial power with the discovery and conquest of the Americas. and in full development of the Renaissance, whose humorous currents contributed substantially to revolutionize European thought and society, then still anesthetized by the lethargy of the Middle Ages.
