• Sc. Juan Rosa Quintanilla, Rector Universidad de El Salvador (UES)
• Evelyn Farfán, Academic Vice Chancellor
• Sc. Roger Arias, Administrative Vice Rector.

Dr. Cristina de Amaya, Rector UEES and Mtro. Ernesto Rodríguez, Project Coordinator of the Directorate of International Relations and Cooperation, participated in this important event.
