STUDENTS OF THE BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS VISITED THE PORT OF ACAJUTLA TO STRENGTHEN THEIR STRATEGIC VISION OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS. OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS


On Friday, June 6th, students of the International Business and Relations Degree participated in a technical visit to the Port of Acajutla, as part of the academic strengthening oriented to the understanding of the logistic and commercial dynamics that have a direct impact on the economic flows at a global level.
This academic experience provided a deeper understanding of the operational and strategic dimension of international business, one of the key competencies that distinguishes the professional profile of the career. Direct observation of the port environment provided students with concrete elements to analyze how markets, supply chains and trade relations are articulated in an interdependent context.
In addition, the visit helped to raise awareness among future professionals of the importance of having a comprehensive vision of the global environment, in which legal knowledge is complemented by tools of economic analysis, business management and international negotiation skills. This multidisciplinary approach reaffirms the educational plus that characterizes the Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Business.
