On Tuesday, October 29th, the 3rd edition of the Singing Festival “A UNA SOLA VOZ” took place, in which students from different Faculties of our University participated. In previous weeks, students from different careers gathered to compete in the auditions and thus be able to represent their Faculty. At the Festival, the selected students performed before the public and the jurors: Pedro Reyes, who is the vocalist of the band “Nueva Creación”; Ada Jocabed, who is a singing teacher at “Academia Cefad Church” and is part of the Philharmonic of El Salvador; and Victor Soriano, who is founder and General Director of the “Escuela ES-ARTE El Salvador”, the latter awarded a scholarship from his school to one of the participants. The students presented with great talent two musical interpretations and the first place was won by Astrid Ramos, 4th year student of Public Relations with a major in Marketing, awarding the trophy to the School of Business and Economics. The Singing Festival is part of the General Plan of Integral Formation in Values for UEES students.
