DAY 3 OF JOINT GLOBETHICS AND GLOBETHICS CONFERENCE

On the third day of the joint conference between Globethics and CEA (Center for Applied Ethics) – DIDACTA of Universidad de Los Andes, our representatives from VRA and DCU were able to participate in Roundtable workshops on: “Standards and Strategies for the Integration of Ethics in Higher Education for Societal Transformation”, with panelists Daniela Gallego, Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico), Wilson Herrera, Universidad del Rosario (Colombia), Juny Montoya, Uniandes (Colombia), Narjess Messaadi, University of Tunisia “El Manar” (Tunisia/Canada).
At the end, approaches were made regarding Collaborative Research on Ethics and Standards in Higher Education. Reflections were given on the next steps to be taken to strengthen the network of attending universities and future opportunities for participation were described.
