Abstract

It is demonstrated how the management of adverse events in health care establishments can be improved with the training of work teams in quality methodologies and tools of Kaizen, which help to develop microprojects focused on improving the results of specific processes. . Finally, this strengthens the quality culture of the institutions and the safety of patients.
