Abstract
Objective: To describe the clinical and radiographic features of dentin dysplasia type II through a case report, emphasizing the importance of early diagnosis.
Methodology: A 56-year-old female patient was clinically and radiographically evaluated at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Panama.
Results: Intrapulpal calcifications, partial pulp chamber obliteration, and normal root morphology were identified, consistent with dentin dysplasia type II.
