Abstract

Health must be seen as a fundamental tool for sustainable development. The approach of the Evangelical University of El Salvador, (UEES) in this sense is holistic and highlights physical, mental, social and spiritual aspects. Health is taken up from a comprehensive paradigm that encompasses aspects of health promotion, prevention, cure and rehabilitation of the disease.
