Abstract

Nowadays, there is a lot of discussion about Artificial Intelligence (hereinafter AI) and the significant impact it has had since its inception and how it has evolved to the point of becoming integrated into human daily life. So much so that many people use this tool for their professional or academic activities, as it allows them a certain degree of freedom in its use and application across various fields. Its advancement is so significant that it spans many areas of knowledge, transcending the barriers that previously limited access to information. Therefore, in the field of law, this AI tool could not go unnoticed, as one of the characteristics of this science is that it is in constant development and evolution, staying at the forefront in all aspects such as social, familial, and professional. Based on these premises, there are countries where AI is widely applied and used in the judicial realm to the extent that its use is regulated for resolving legal issues.
