Abstract

This article describes the evolution that Occupational Health and Safety management has had in recent months as a result of the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic. Likewise, an approach is made to the fact that innovation is an important factor to consider so that security management is effective in the operations of any organization independent of the category it belongs to. It is important to take into account that generational gaps, "vulnerable" people and other people at high risk who, once contracted by the virus, can seriously affect their health, are factors to consider when managing Occupational Health and Safety. , in order to guarantee business continuity.
