Abstract

The importance for nations of retaining professional human capital to achieve economic development and well-being is unquestionable, which is why universities and the cientific productive sector must become more involved in the construction of employment and social prospects for young graduates in their native countries. The purpose of this article is to describe the algorithmization process in the validation of a system of research instruments designed to characterize the professional life projects in emigration that some university students conceive.
The methods employed were population-based approach, expert criteria, rational validity, and
Cronbach’s alpha. The main result was the development of a logical steps algorithm that allowed
the systematic application of each method, optimizing the wording and internal structure of
the instruments in addition to confirming their validity and reliability
