With the advent of the internet, information circulates every day faster and faster is available to new generations of students – from primary to the university - and for all people who have access to this instrument of communication and dissemination. On the other hand, knowledge is a right of the individual and an inherent part of the culture of societies. Knowledge helps people be critical of your immediate environment and and future; culture also involves the set of knowledge, beliefs and patterns of conduct. In that sense, science must be conceived as an essential part of culture. That is why it is untenable that idea or paradigm that postulates that scientific knowledge should be dominated exclusively by specialists.
