Abstract

The purpose of this study was the development of a collective management process that, from the logic of virtualization as a process of change, will facilitate the construction of learning and knowledge for the quality of an academic program.
in virtual mode. The qualitative research route was followed, which frames the systematization of experiences (SE) in its organizational, development and transfer phases. A reflexive view of the collective work in the SE was obtained, in particular
related to discussion, decision making and participation. It is concluded that it is necessary to resignify and strengthen both general participation and the specific role of educational agents in order to improve collective dynamics.
