Abstract

Humanity has entered the third decade of the 21st century; but, the second decade ends facing a pandemic never
seen by this generation. If in the 20th century, the Spanish flu (1914-1919) took six years to invade Europe, Covid 19 took less than a year to reach the entire planet from China. Without a doubt, we are at the center of a "very fast" society that travels without brakes and urgently needs counterweights so that it travels with "safe speed".
