MAIN PROJECTS

LASALUS

The Project The Project Professionalization in Results-based Healthcare Management through Distance Education and Simulation-based Training (LASALUS Spanish acronym) was implemented from 2015 to 2018 and is one of the projects implemented under international cooperation through the Erasmus + Program of the European Union.

For its execution, a consortium of 10 Higher Education Institutions was created, 6 Latin American and 4 European. As a result of the project, a curriculum for the administration of hospitals and health centers was created.

Youth Towards Professional Success

The project was implemented in cooperation with USAID between 2018 and 2019, which allowed training for young people from 15 municipalities in El Salvador. The tools and methodologies used consisted of job fairs, application of psychometric tests, occupational risk tests, and skills to answer key questions from employers.

As a result of the project, life and job skills were improved and bridges were built with private companies in five priority sectors, in which UEES contributed especially in the tourism sector and in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT’s).

La Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador has also worked along Cooperación Suiza para el Desarrollo, Fondo de Población de las Naciones Unidas (UNFPA for its Spanish acronym), Plan Internacional, World Vision, and others.
