UEES Student Mobility Plan
WHAT IS IT?
The UEES Student Mobility Plan allows all UEES students to study an academic year at a university abroad. Some mobilities may be in shorter periods, in the context of a subject or extracurricularly.
Requirements to apply – UEES Students
- Be an active UEES student.
- Have a career advancement of at least 50%
- Tener CUM igual o mayor de 7.0 para carreras de: Doctorado en Medicina, Doctorado en Cirugía Dental e Ingenierías. For the rest of the races: CUM equal to or greater than 8.0
- Completar inicialmente el Formulario de Solicitud de Movilidad Académica: UEES student mobility application form.pdf
- Have at least 15 approved subjects in your study plan.
- Modeling good conduct certified by the Dean.
- Complete all required UEES and host university documentation.

PAME is an initiative that seeks to promote educational mobility and internationalization among higher education institutions affiliated with UDUAL, in addition to seeking collaboration between institutions.
UDUAL (Spanish acronym)
UDUAL is a network of higher education institutions and universities in Latin America and the Caribbean, with the purpose of strengthening academic exchange, mobility, recognition and transfer of credits between affiliated HEIs. Currently, they have more than 200 affiliated universities in 22 Latin American countries.
Requirements to apply
Types of Coverage
- Broad coverage: The host university will exempt the student from tuition and will provide food and housing.
- Partial coverage: The destination university will exempt the student only from expenses related to registration

IFMSA (Spanish acronym)
The International Federation of Medical Students Associations (IFMSA) is one of the largest and oldest student-run organizations in the world. It represents, connects and interacts with a network of 1.3 million medical students from 139 national member organizations in 130 countries around the world. It was created to foster cooperation and collaboration among medical students by promoting opportunities for dialogue and creating clinical exchanges through the Standing Committee on Professional Exchange. It is supported by the World Federation of Medical Education (WFME), the World Organization of National Colleges, Academies and Academic Associations of General Practitioners/Family Practitioners (WONCA), the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS), the Society European Emergency Medicine (EuSEM), lthe World Federation of Societies of Anesthesiologists (WFSA), This Mobility program is exclusive for medical students.
UEES Requirements (Outgoing Students):
- Complete mobility application form
- Letter of reasons
- UEES active student certificate
- Post Mobility Report
- Parent authorization letter
- Affidavit – Civil Liability
Application requirements for incoming IFMSA students:
- Complete mobility application form
- Letter addressed to the vice dean of the FACMED, about motivation to do international mobility in our institution.
- Copy of 150% valid passport
- COVID 19 vaccination certificate
- Proof of active student from home university
- Affidavit – Civil Liability
- Simplified Curriculum Vitae with Photography
- Post Mobility Report.
