Coup d'etat, the National Constituent Assembly of 1885: an essay of interpretation
There is No doubt that the work developed by Dr. Valdés Valley in this work is a subtlety that is essential for the discernment and wisdom of the recent history of El Salvador; brings up the plot, the gaming, the conspiracies, and other gadgets used by the political class in el salvador, some to sneer at those who held the power, and the other to legitimize their actions, and then arrive and stay in power. I consider it of required knowledge for today's society. It is the primary role of the research and the dissemination of its results on the part of the research centres of Higher Education Institutions; it is therefore laudable work of the Evangelical University of El Salvador (UEES) in the launch to the society and to the academy this magnificent work that presents us with the colleague Roberto Valdés Valley.
