UEES AT FIED LATAM 2026, INTERNATIONAL FORUM FOR INNOVATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”47492″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” css_animation=”fadeInDown”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
The Evangelical University of El Salvador participated in the eighth edition of Innk\u00eend FiEd LATAM 2026<\/strong>, held on May 20 and 21 at the RIU Hotel in Panama City, under the theme “Education + Beyond: towards a new architecture for higher education”<\/strong>.<\/p>\nThe UEES delegation was composed of Ms. Sara Obando<\/strong>, Head of Human Resources; Mr. Eng. Jonathan Avalos<\/strong>Assistant Manager of Information Technology; and the Eng. Omar Villanueva<\/strong>Director of Digital Transformation. The participation was part of a national delegation led by Dr. Christian Aparicio<\/strong>, National Director of Higher Education of MINEDUCYT, together with representatives of AUPRIDES member universities. <\/p>\nDuring the forum, key issues for the future of higher education in the region were addressed, including generative artificial intelligence, the 6G, the metaverse, the transformation of institutional models, university governance, employability, the relationship with the productive sector, data, quality standards and new accreditation frameworks in the era of AI.<\/p>\n
