UNIVERSIDAD EVANG\u00c9LICA DE EL SALVADOR<\/span><\/h1>\nSECOND DAY OF INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY AT THE INSTITUTE OF NUTRITION OF CENTRAL AMERICA AND PANAMA (INCAP)<\/strong><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”41221″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded” css_animation=”fadeInDown”][vc_column_text]On Thursday, April 10, 2024, the second day of the international academic mobility was successfully developed at INCAP, where students and teachers of the clinical practice of Nutrition participated in an enriching theoretical and practical workshop on the acceptability of hospital menus<\/strong>. This activity strengthened their skills in analysis, application, review and formulation of recommendations oriented to clinical research.<\/p>\nThe workshop included welcoming remarks from the Mr. Norma Alfaro, head of Human Resources at INCAP<\/strong> and nutritionist with an outstanding trajectory in Guatemala. Also participating were Mr. Luc\u00eda Castellanos (INCAP and Universidad de San Carlos) and Ana Guzm\u00e1n, <\/strong> who shared their experience in the evaluation of hospital diets, leading a practical exercise based on case studies and interpretation of results.<\/p>\nAt the end of the event, diplomas of participation were awarded. This type of experience strengthens international alliances and consolidates our university’s commitment to the global education of its teachers and students.<\/p>\n
