Last Tuesday, April 8, our students had the valuable opportunity to learn first-hand about “The work of the Institute of Nutrition of Central America and Panama (INCAP) and the practical application of the NutrINCAP software”,<\/strong> thanks to the accompaniment of graduates Am\u00e9rica Cruz and Valentina Santa Cruz, who offered a tour of the facilities, as well as a presentation of the institutional portal and its virtual library.<\/p>\nDuring this experience, the students also participated in the workshop given by the Licda. Pilar L\u00f3pez (INCAP nutritionist)<\/strong>This will allow them to apply the technological tool in the nutritional analysis of hospital diets, strengthening their research project at the Salda\u00f1a National Hospital.<\/p>\nThis international mobility represents a key step in strengthening professional competencies, promoting academic training with a global vision.
