Three health professionals participated in the meeting; Dr. Yanci Orellana, M.D. with a Master’s Degree in Public Health, Dra. Michelle Garay, Doctor in Dental Surgery and Johana Campos, Licentiate in Nutrition; all three are part of our University Community.<\/p>\n
During the discussion, the topic “Why do I need to be healthy?” was addressed, and aspects were discussed on how to properly take care of our physical health, how to have optimal oral health, and how to develop good eating habits. All of the above, from the understanding that we are integral beings, that we have a body, mind, soul and spirit, and each part needs to be attended and cared for in the best way to ensure the timely development of each of the women of the university community, in this opportunity 103 collaborators from different areas of the UEES participated.<\/p>\n
